Part - II / Silence Program

The Part – II / Silence program is a 4 day residential program and is meant to take you deeper into the practises and the knowledge points taught in the Happiness program.

It offers advanced insights on the laws governing our mind and emotions as well as advanced breathing techniques that can be practised at home after the course.

The hollow and empty meditations taught in the program along with other group processes bring about a deep cleansing from within leaving you feeling energetic and fresh for months on end.

DSN – “Dynamism for Self and Nation“. It is a rigorous and transformational course that empowers participants to break through personal inhibitions and barriers and access inner stability and power.

We each have a deep desire to be the best we can be – for ourselves, our families, our communities and even our world – but many of us have personal barriers, old habits, or inhibitions that hold us back and keep us from fully participating in life.Old emotional wounds, self-concepts, attitudes, and fears can also be obstacles to living the life we really want.

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation
